Benchmark Restaurant presents an exciting dining opportunity — showcasing food, wine and beer created, prepared and presented by students from the programs at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College.
The rotating menu remains local and seasonal, including college-grown, regional and provincial bounties. All of the menu offerings are based on academic semesters, allowing student’s time to hone these skill sets and attain success at great culinary destinations at home and around the world.
Benchmark’s menus are prepared with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and have earned the restaurant Trip Advisor, Diner’s Choice and Clef d’Or awards. The 100% VQA wine list showcases 45 available wines from 30 Niagara wineries, as well as the Niagara College Teaching Winery. The craft beer offerings are selected from Niagara College’s Teaching Brewery as well as other local craft breweries.
